The Community Employability Pathway
About the project
The Community Employability Pathway provides a package of wellbeing support, mental resilience, and employment preparation support, enabling participants to move closer towards accessing employment. For those aged 25+, the project will support participants to remove barriers into employment through a combination of self-assessment and awareness, a focus on mental health and wellbeing, and the development of the personal skills and resilience required to secure and maintain employment.
Participants will be supported to achieve the Level 3 Emergency First Aid in the Workplace qualification, CITB Health & Safety Awareness training, and be supported to pass the CSCS test and obtain the card.
