About the project
Women Construct Wales invites women of any ability and background to learn construction skills and gain the confidence to pursue employment. Skills are taught in an active learning environment through the renovation of actual properties across South Wales, providing participants with the skills, experience and qualifications required to access the construction industry.
Who is it for?
Our experienced tutor team will guide you through the inclusive programme to learn new skills and achieve accredited qualifications such as Health & Safety Awareness, First Aid in the Workplace and the CSCS Card.
What’s more, this fully funded CITB programme is designed to be flexible around your life and commitments, whether that be childcare or current employment.
